Aviation maintenance background

WHY WE EXIST

An Industry Growing Fast
Without the Standards to Match

Unmanned aviation is expanding rapidly, but it's missing the infrastructure that keeps manned aircraft safe. Growers and operators are buying drones with no maintenance plans. Fleets sit grounded for weeks over basic repairs. And the platforms dominating the market are foreign-manufactured, raising real concerns about parts availability, long-term support, and data security for the operations that depend on them.

The gap wasn't another drone reseller; the industry had plenty. What was missing was a partner who could deliver secure, U.S. made platforms and sustain them with the same rigor applied to manned aircraft. Based in Oregon, serving the Pacific Northwest. That's why Noble AeroTech exists.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Michael Hayes

FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

After several years working across aviation, from commercial airlines and private jets to flight schools, firefighting, and utility helicopters, Michael recognized that drones and AI represent the future of the industry. At the same time, he saw how foreign-subsidized manufacturers had come to dominate the global drone market, leaving growers and operators exposed on parts, support, and data security.

With his background as an FAA-certificated Airframe & Powerplant mechanic, Michael also saw that unmanned aviation lacked the maintenance discipline that manned aircraft require. That gap inspired Noble AeroTech: a company that combines U.S. made drone platforms with aviation-level standards of service, compliance, and readiness; ensuring fleets aren't just purchased but kept field-ready with the same rigor as traditional aircraft.

FAA A&P Mechanic

Certificated Airframe & Powerplant mechanic qualified to make airworthiness determinations on aircraft systems.

FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot

Fully licensed for commercial drone operations under federal regulations.

FAA Part 137 Ag Operations

Certified for commercial agricultural aircraft operations, including drone spray application.

Oregon Licensed Applicator & Operator

Holds the Oregon licenses required for commercial pesticide application and operator work.

Professional Aviation Background

Hands-on experience across commercial airlines, private jet charter operations, utility and firefighting helicopters and flight schools.

Fully Insured & Registered

Complete liability coverage and a fully registered aircraft for every service engagement and operation.

In manned aviation, we determine whether an aircraft is legally safe to fly by certifying its airworthiness. Most drones don't require that yet, but we believe the standard shouldn't drop just because the pilot isn't on board.

The Problem

What drone operators are up against

Drones grounded for weeks while shipped back to the manufacturer for basic repairs

No local partner for ongoing maintenance, support, or emergency service

Foreign-made fleets with uncertain parts availability, support, and data security

Zero aviation-grade documentation, leaving programs exposed during reviews, audits and post-incident scrutiny

Vendors who disappear after the sale, with no plan for long-term fleet readiness

The Noble Solution

What we do differently

Authorized Hylio dealer and service center, sales and in-house service under one roof

Local, in-house maintenance from an FAA-certificated A&P mechanic

American-made platforms with secure data handling and a domestic parts and service network

Audit-ready documentation, compliance frameworks, and maintenance tracking from day one

Long-term partnership, including training, consulting, integration, and support that doesn't end at the sale

Oregon-Based. Pacific Northwest Focused.

Local depot-level service for the organizations that need it most.

OUR VALUES

WHAT DRIVES US

Every decision we make runs through these five principles.

01

Readiness Above All

Fleets must be ready to fly at all times. Our service model is built around uptime, because when the spray window opens or the field needs flying, your aircraft needs to be in the air, not on a shelf waiting for parts.

02

Aviation-Grade Discipline

We apply the same rigor, safety standards, and professionalism used in manned aviation. In the air, there is no room for "good enough," and we bring that same zero-fail mentality to unmanned systems.

03

Trust Through Security

We deliver American-made platforms that safeguard your operation's data and give you a dependable domestic supply chain. Every platform we support is vetted for security, build quality, and long-term reliability.

04

Accountability & Transparency

Audit-ready documentation, clear service guarantees, and honest communication at every step. You'll always know the status of your fleet, your compliance, and your investment.

05

Customer Partnership

We don't just sell drones; we sustain long-term success. We operate as an extension of your team, invested in your program's performance well beyond the initial sale.

WHERE WE'RE GOING

Setting the National Standard for How Drones Are Sustained

Our goal is to shift the industry from one-off sales to aviation-grade fleet readiness. By proving that U.S. made drones can be maintained with the same rigor as manned aircraft, we aim to build lasting trust in unmanned systems across agriculture; ensuring they become dependable tools of everyday operations for the growers and operators who rely on them, not just expensive gadgets collecting dust.
